I love this washer. I have a horrible habit of forgetting to switch laundry and this device prevents that. I also love that it adds the perfect amount of detergent. Cons: Do not sit anything on top, we noticed anytime something wad on top, the dry cycle would make this awfully loud noice. We would have to stop the device for a bit and do a timed dry after some time. Another con is it no longer telling me when my detergent is empty. So ive been finding myself washing loads without knowing theres no detergent in there.

We've been using this washer/dryer combo for 1 month now and it works great! Just as advertised. No issues with it yet. As expected, it does take a bit longer to finish each load but we usually start them overnight. Only once were the clothes not completely dry, but this happened more often with our previous traditional dryer. The AI load-sensing option is nice too. Highly recommend!

The machine is amazing, I love the timing of the loads. However, compared to a washer dryer stackable It gets confusing when you put a load in and you want to remove clothes to air dry because all the clothes get washed together and usually you just transfer the clothes to a dryer and to hang but it’s hard to swift through the clothes and find the air dry clothes that need to be hung up. That’s the only thing but the machine is amazing.

This is the best unit I have ever owned. It literally has everything you could need and more. Don’t fall for it takes to long to wash and dry. It can have a full load done in an hour and a half. For those people who have extra large heavy comforters, don’t worry! This machine can handle it! The wrinkle prevent is one of my favorite features. It will also pre soak. The options are endless. I highly recommend this product!

Look up specs and looking on site dont really put into practice your specific use case. I did all my research ahead and decided i would add this machine to my current laundry room setup. So glad i did. The capacity is huge. I have a cal king bed and in my other machine i can wash but not much room to tumble around. This machine however has a ton of space. I was able to was 2x the amount of jeans than i normally wood. So far i have used the ai cycle. I love that it holds a bunch of detergent and i do not have to add every use. Highly recommend this machine

Great product but with all all-in-one appliances to avoid wrinkles and smells you MUST remove clothing immediately after cycle is complete. Even doing so you must take care of clothing (hanging or airing out).

I was happy about having 1 machine to do washing and drying: No load swapping and only 1 footprint. I didn't have a 240v outlet so going ventless and 110v electric was my only option (no gas option). The ventless was a concern because where does the lint go?? I am meticulous about keeping the lint trap clean and keeping the lint area by the fins clean (upper right compartment). This also includes removing the lint filter and leaving the door open so the humidity by the coils and the ventless lint area can dissipate. Important step that nobody mentions. I've had my machine almost a year. I wanted to purchase another lint filter to have a spare because the lint screen is very fine and requires regular washing. I have two grown boys using this machine and given they break things, having a second filter is a smart choice. THERE IS NO FILTER AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE BECAUSE THIS DESIGN IS DISCONTINUED. I have tried everything, including a service call, contacting SAMSUNG and their authorized parts distributors, and there is NO FILTER replacement available. This is the first time I have been disappointed by SAMSUNG in the 20+ years I have been a loyal customer, but this is a very expensive disappointment when this filter rips/fails. Let me finish on a positive note: The machine is quiet and there are no vibration issues (main floor over basement install). The dryer doesn't burn clothes like a gas dryer does and does take a little longer because it is a 110v electric heat source, but a simple full load start to finish takes about 2 hours. The spin cycle does a great job of getting the water spun out of the loads. I have never used my home machines for heavy blankets or quilts (laundry mat machines are built for those weights). Would I buy this again? Probably, but I know to check the availability of special parts like fine filters. I would have been happy with a vented all-in-one.

Please do not purchase this machine. It has been the worst major appliance purchase I have ever made. I wear alot of white and when I tell you I select the white cycle and sometimes with extra rinse because if you do not the clothes come out looking exactly the same even pre-treated and one wash and dry cycle can take 5.5 to 7 hours! I maybe wouldn't be annoyed if they came out clean, but they do not! I am single person so I don't necessarily wash all the time so it took some time to realize that I was not satisfied. I thought to myself maybe I need to learn and adjust the settings better. It was not that. Stay far far away from this machine. Your clothes do not come out clean and it takes forever. I cannot be more dissatisfied.

The cycles are simple and actually accurate. The vibration is a bit much, but still far better than pur last unit. When clothes are drying I am worried about moisture retention and therefore wrinkles, but so far so great!

Leaves more moisture which makes do another drying cycle. Jeans and pants are very wrinkled which I do not like. Vibration is minimal during spinning.

I like the voice of cycles lots of different cycles. I was surprised by the drying I was told these washers don’t dry. Well it dries perfect. There’s no moisture buildup around the machine. The clothes aren’t moist when they come out there’s no vibration. I liked it. there’s no vibration when it’s running the wrinkles. It could be a little better on wrinkles my clothes to come out kind of wrinkled. I’ve been working on it and it’s getting better.

I’m enjoying the combo wash and dry. Many options and settings. I like the fact you fill up the laundry soap and softener dispensers and it automatically adjusts what you need. When it’s done, Ready to fold no wrinkles. Surprisingly it uses less electricity than my previous individual Samsung washer and dryer. Very efficient. Runs very quiet. You can adjust the dry settings to your needs from damp to well dryerl. Minimal vibration. Very stabilized.gave me more room in my laundry area, which I needed.

Having the ability to wash and dry everything in one machine is incredibly convenient and saves a lot of time and space. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is surprisingly large, and it handles everything from everyday clothes to larger loads with ease. The AI features are a nice touch, and the Super Speed cycles make laundry much less of a chore. I love the machine. It’s very convenient since I have a tendency to forget to swap my clothes over. I do have to clean out the filter at the bottom of the machine often. Very easy to get to. The combo washer-dryer has a great capacity for my family and an easy to use interface that can be locked to prevent my toddler from messing with it. I like that it auto cycles from wash to dry so I no longer have to stay up late waiting to switch over the load before morning. Clothes come out perfectly dry every time. I also like that I get notifications to my phone when the cycle switches or the load is complete.

I always thought removing wet clothes and putting in another machine was a waste of time. Now they are in one machine. Ventless and 110 instead of 220 plug. They can go anywhere you have water hook up. Washes my clothes better with less water and less work from me. Can control from my phone. I am a baby boomer and I figured out all the new stuff on it. When you put your dirty clothes in, it will automatically detects what is in your laundry machine so it will choose if it’s small loads or towels or bedding. It is also so great when your filter is clogged or dirty or let you know that it’s time for you to clean or it will tell you when the cycle will start for cleaning. It also says your condenser needs to be cleaned or require attention. I will let you know. The machine itself is very quiet. It would rarely make any noise. If you also want just a time dry, you can set that up on the screen you can do extra drying or dry or you can. You can set up anything it’s AI generated. It’s very easy to use.

I loved the idea of this machine. I'm a dog groomer whose business is right behind my house. The thought of being able to put my towels in the washer dryer and come back the next morning and have them be ready to go for the next day was an awesome idea. However, I'm finding out the towels aren't quite dry. Very, very close to dry. But they just feel ever so slightly damp when I take them out of the dryer. Because I'm very busy and tired, I didn't want to have to come back out to my shop to throw towels in a dryer, but now i'm wishing I had got the vented one instead of the ventless, as I believe this may have helped get my towels completely dry!! Other than that, I love this machine. I love that I can fill it up with detergent and I don't have to do that all the time! The towels do come out very clean!

I bought this machine thinking it was a great concept that it washes and drys. However, it takes 2 hours or more to do 1 small load. And then after a few loads you have 4 hour self maintenance. Which confuses me because in the middle of my loads I always get error codes and have to restart my machine and my load. Therefore taking me like 3 days to get a couple of loads done. I will go back to the old machines I had. Top load and separate.

The washer is really good the only thing I don't like is that it leaves the clothes wrinkle. And it does have some vibration when washing otherwise the washer is good it helps with saving water and detergent.

The washer is great. It has good capacity and it can measure the load and determine its detergent size. We love that the washer/dryer is all in one machine. The washer is so quiet we can barely hear when it's running. It might take a little long to complete the whole cycle, but we schedule the loads accordingly so it can be done timely.

Wash/Dry very helpful. can wash only or dry only. Load/ unload and controls easy to use when mounted on 17" pedestal. only uses 1/4 the energy as washer and dryer. Does take longer to run a load. Lint filter needs cleaning on each load. Replacement lint filter not available (would like to have a spare).

I love my Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo Washer and Dryer. Our townhouse had the washer and dryer just inside the ensuite bathroom. We needed a solution that took up less space and didn't require venting. The All-in-One fit the bill beautifully. I love the AI setting; it makes all the decisions for me. The only drawback is that it takes a little longer to do laundry since I can't have one load in the washer while another is in the dryer. But since my husband and I are retired, we have the time plus we don't have a lot of laundry, so for us it's not a problem.

I think this is one of the greatest product. Samsung has created the two and one dryer is magnificent. It comes with a lot of features the AI in it works great. It senses loads how dirty they are. So far this is the best refrigerator we have in over the years. It’s easy to maneuver the things on what you need to reach. I didn’t realize how a good fridge could make your daily life easier and more enjoyable. One feature that is most convenient is the french door style which offers a clear view of your food and the built in water filter that is easy to reach and replace. The deodorizer was also superb. No doubt this is a one class fridge so go get one.

Has plenty of room for everything you’d need which was a thing I was worried about before buying and I’ve had no problem with it I only do laundry a max of two times a week and they are pretty big loads the. cycles do not take long either about the same time it would take you to wash and dry which is normal amount of time it does take a little longer if you stuff it full because it would need to make sure everything is dry and I’ve never had a problem with my clothes being wet or damp after it’s done. The machine its self is very quiet it’s in my kitchen because I have a small house and I can’t hear it in the next room or causes any problems hearing my TV

This is the best washer we ever had our apt had no w/d so this is a life saver plus its a step closer to set it and forget it. We really like that theres no need to switch clothes to a dryer. Your clothes will never smell like moisture from sitting in a wet washer. The drum is very large, it can fit a down duvet insert with no issues and use all the preset cycles it comes with. Does vibrate a little but with some rubber pads under it, its all good.
